About me.
I am a writer, urbanist, and researcher based in San Antonio, Texas. I started my studies at the University of North Texas, where I finished a Bachelor of Arts in political science and international studies. During that time, I was able to study international politics at the Universidad de Belgrano in Argentina and Vesalius College in Belgium.
After completing my undergraduate studies, I moved to Upstate New York to study at Cornell University. From there, I received a Master of Regional Planning upon completing an exit project on the post-conflict reconstruction of Beirut, Lebanon.
Upon returning to my native Texas, I worked in local government while focusing on emergency management planning, economic development, and public policy. In 2025, I began my doctoral studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio in applied demography. My current research is centered around urban poverty, workforce development, and the nexus of people and the built environment.
